"Mom's happy, staff is great."

We chose this place because Mom knew some residents. Her only complaint is the food, but that's common in assisted living. The staff is generally great, though there's been some turnover.

"Likely Too Remote For Visits Despite Solid Follow-Up Calls"

This place is likely too distant for both me and my family who might pop by. Kudos for excellent check-back calls. Nope.
