"Great staff and food at Georgetown Place Highly recommend!"
The cottages in the main unit are nice, and when residents need help, the staff comes quickly. The food is loved by everyone. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Place to others.

"Review: Terrible and Disordered Facility in Fort Wayne"
We checked out a few spots in Fort Wayne, and this one was awful. The entire building was pretty dim and smelled old. It was being renovated. I knew instantly that it wouldn't do. They appeared really disordered. I simply couldn't imagine my family member residing there.

"Nice place with waiting list, unsure due to move plans."
The facility was really nice. It looked clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly. However, they told us there's a waiting list, which makes us uncertain about choosing it since we're thinking of moving soon.

"Assisted Living Gem: With Pool, Friendly Staff, and Lovely Grounds"
We visited a few places, but this one had something special – a pool! Dad loves swimming, so that clinched it for us. He’s enjoying making friends with other residents and the staff here is super nice and helpful. The place is kept really clean and the surroundings feel like a country getaway. Dad’s also a fan of the food. We’d totally recommend this community to anyone.

"Older Community with Renovations; Not Ideal for Loved One"
This place is kinda old, but they spruced it up a bit. The folks I talked to were friendly and knew their stuff. It seemed tidy enough. But, it didn't feel like the right place for my family member.

"Mom Approved of Georgetowne"
Georgetowne is currently renovating. The food is excellent. They’re adding accredited assisted living. However, they lack long-term care. My mom moved elsewhere for that. They offer three levels of assisted living, providing more services than her previous rehabilitation community.

"Decent Place but Old and Lacks Certification"
Really long walks to key areas, the place is old but still looks good, the people are great, guide is really caring, though it was a little worrying they didn't have certification.

"Unfair Room Changes and Overcharging at Assisted Living Facility"
I assisted my grandma move into this place. It was very nice at first. We paid more for a bedroom close to the dining room because my grandma uses a walker. The main person in charge made my grandma move to a smaller room that cost less even further away. She said her first room was going to be torn down for new construction, but that wasn't true. Her original, pricey room has a new tenant already. My grandma is even still getting charged for the better room. I don't know if that's against the law, but it's certainly not right. You should be ashamed.

"Smaller Community, But Overall I Had A Good Tour"
My visit to this community went really well. It’s a pleasant-looking place, and they keep it clean. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. Although it’s smaller than some other places, I had a good tour overall.

"Nice Place for Mother-in-Law"
My mother-in-law moved to Georgetowne Place apartments. She’s happy with her decision. The staff—Kris, Bethany, Ilene, Donna, Max, and others—are friendly and helpful. Her two-bedroom apartment is lovely and bright.

"Great Amenities: Heated Pool, No Kitchen"
We had a super friendly tour, and Mom loved the food, views, and the heated pool. However, she doesn’t need a full kitchen or washer/dryer in her room, so we’re still exploring options. It’s great that you can transition from independent living to assisted living in the same room.

"Great place with friendly staff and helpful amenities!"
We visited my mom at her new home recently, and we really liked it! We were impressed with how clean it was, the amenities, and how nice and helpful the staff were. Everyone we met was friendly and supportive. We think adding a bocce ball set to the courtyard and a memory matching card game to the game room would be great. Overall, we felt great knowing Mom was in a nice place with caring people.
