"Friendly Staff and Engaging Activities"
They organize fun activities for families to connect with loved ones. My mother-in-law likes the food, and the staff motivate residents to socialize. Great team!

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The inside of the facility is clean, but the landscape in front isn't great. When it rains, the gutters overflow and mulch covers the sidewalk. Most of the staff members have been very nice. It's hard to get a feel for management because they seem busy. I believe my family member is getting good care. They say the food is pretty good. They don't join in activities, but the activity calendar looks full of options. I feel that the nursing care is too expensive. My family member is at level 4 care, but I don't see why it costs so much. I'm glad this facility is small. It seems to suit my family member well. I only toured one other place with over 100 beds, and I'm not sure that would have worked out as well. Assisted living is new to me, so this is hard because I don't have anything to compare it to. It's also difficult because my family member isn't social.

"Dirty Carpet, Disinterested Staff: Hamilton Place Disappoints"
I visited Hamilton Place and gave it a 2 out of 5. The carpet was dirty and old. The people working there didn't seem like they wanted to talk to me. They were more focused on what was happening outside the office.

Buyer Beware
"Be Warned- Pretty on the Outside, No Trust Inside"
WATCH OUT - This place has no overnight nurses As soon as we moved our family member into this place, they started to bug her constantly about getting more help from them. Even when our doctor said what needed to happen and they were told to speak to the person with power of attorney, they went back to bothering her in less than half an hour after we left. Our family member fell and needed surgery when she was at their center. Within 24 hours of coming back, they started to bug her again. We have seen it take more than 40 minutes for help to come when she's in her room. The place might look nice, but don't trust it.

"Nice Community, Inconvenient Location: Enjoyed My Tour"
This is a good place, and I enjoyed my visit there. The staff was friendly, and they were able to assist me. The person who showed me around was full of information, and I didn't have any unanswered questions. The place was really clean. The only problem was that it's in a place that's difficult for my family to get to, but apart from that my visit was enjoyable.

"Lingering Odor"
took a pretty good tour of this place, but I knew it wasn't right for my loved one. There was a stinky smell hanging around the community. Based on what I saw, the place could use some sprucing up. The person showing me around was nice. Overall, it was okay, but I found a better community elsewhere.

Daughter of Resident
"A Great Place to Live"
Hamilton Place is a small, safe place. It's nice to look at, clean, and comfy. It's not like a nursing home at all. The residents have their own nice rooms. Even the studio rooms have enough space for a bed, a love seat, and a chair or rocker. We set up the room so it looks like it has a bedroom and living area, plus a big bathroom and a small kitchen area. The layout is great, shaped like a rectangle with a big outdoor courtyard in the middle. Residents can go in and out of the courtyard without leaving the premises. The courtyard has trees, plants, a covered porch, and an open porch, all with seating areas. The dining room is like a restaurant, and family can eat with the residents. The food is good, not just okay. The staff is friendly and good at their jobs. For my family member, I wish there were more physical activities instead of games like cards and bingo, which are hard for people with mild dementia. They do have scenic drives and exercise activities, which are nice. Overall, I think it's a very nice place, and my family member thinks it's a "nice place to be.

"Great care, some meal issues, convenient location for family"
I like this place for taking care of my dad. He enjoys the staff, and they pay attention to him. The food could be better, though. They give him stuff to do, but he doesn't like the happy hours a few times a week. It's a good deal for what we get, and it feels like home. I'm glad it's close to us so we can be near him. I suggest this place because they take good care of him and it's worth it.

"Working Toward Better Care"
The care for my mom is good. The community seems fairly well. Staff could improve call responses and financial problem resolution. Facility is nice and clean; no issues there. I hope for improvements.

"Mixed Experience"
The staff is super friendly, and the place is really clean. But there are issues with the care services. They've canceled several appointments with the doctor or meetings with a nurse without any notice.

"Clean Place, Nice Staff, But Poor Communication"
The place is really neat and the workers are nice. But, they're not so good when it comes to talking to us. They told us the doctor would be easy to get a hold of, but our family member hasn't seen this doctor yet. Once, our loved one even went to the hospital and nobody from the place got in touch! Shouldn't they care more about when their residents are coming back and how they're doing?

"Nice Facility with Friendly Staff, Worth Considering"
I visited this place while searching for care options for a loved one. The facility was neat and clean, and everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. We chose a different place, but this one was definitely a good option to consider.

The rooms might be a bit small, but Hamilton Place is fantastic. The place is nicely furnished and decorated, and it's always clean and well-kept. The staff is very attentive and makes sure all the residents' needs are met.

"Too Small but Clean Facility with Friendly Staff"
We got some brochures and talked to a super nice agent. When we visited, we all agreed the place was tinier than expected, especially the rooms. It wasn't a great match for us. Positives though, it was neat and the employees were pleasant.
