"Cold, few residents visible during in-person tour."
In-person tour felt cold, few people around, residents in rooms.

"Unsanitary Care Facilities: Not Even For Your Worst Foe"
The place constantly reeks of pee. The staff totally ignores the residents, making them stay in their own pee and poop for hours. This really gross place is so bad that I wouldn't even suggest dropping off your biggest enemy here.

"Inconsistent Care at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom, in her 90s, lived there for 4 years. Some staff weren't friendly, but a few were nice and caring. She didn't want to be there, nor did we, but she had to stay. I worked with staff for 4 years to help my mom be comfortable, but some nurses didn't acknowledge me after she passed. Activities staff was friendly, but care was inconsistent.

"Mixed feelings toward care and staff at assisted living home."
My grandma, who's in her 90s, lived at this assisted living home for four years. Some staff were downright unfriendly, although a few showed true kindness and care. No one really wants to live here – it's a last resort for many families. Over four years, I kept reminding staff to take care of my grandma, hoping they'd make her feel at home. A couple of days after she passed away, my granddaughter and I went in to collect her stuff. The same sour-faced nurses never even acknowledged me or offered condolences. Yet, at the same time, other nurses were kind and expressed their sympathy genuinely. On the other hand, the folks who lead activities were always nice and friendly. This place tries hard to advertise itself as a happy, caring home, but you really have to constantly check up on your loved ones to ensure their needs are met by the nursing assistants. Despite all these, it's probably still one of the best options around. Top-notch care isn't easy to come by.

"Neglected Residents and Poor Service at Assisted Living Facility"
I visited a relative there. The workers just disregard the residents, particularly the nurses. Inhabitants are left in corridors without attention. Voices asking for assistance are heard. Food was served incredibly late and even without any utensils. My loved one pleaded to be moved elsewhere, stated that the state officials are constantly visiting due to issues. I am in search of a better place.

"Warm, welcoming place with spacious apartments and friendly staff"
The Lodge feels very homey with a warm fireplace when you enter. I visited recently to find a place for my father. The most impressive thing was the spacious apartment with a full kitchen. During my visit, they were having Happy Hour in the Pub, which my father really liked! The small size of the community wasn’t too overwhelming for him. They also had a great selection of food in the dining room, including a salad and soup bar. After having lunch there, my father decided he wanted to move in the next day. The friendly staff and alert residents really impressed me. We’re moving Dad next week!

"A Cozy and Welcoming Community"
The Lodge feels just like home. When you walk in, there's a welcoming fireplace. I was looking for a place for my dad and recently toured The Lodge. The apartments really stood out to me; they are very spacious and have a full kitchen. I visited in the afternoon during Happy Hour in their Pub, which my dad loved! It's a small community, so it wasn't too overwhelming for him. The dining room had a great variety of food, including a salad and soup bar. My dad and I had lunch there, and he decided the next day that he wanted to move in. What impressed me the most was how friendly the staff were and how alert the residents seemed. We're moving dad next week!

"Walker refused, rehabilitation stalled at assisted living facility"
My dad was moved from the hospital to this assisted living facility to continue his rehabilitation process. While at the hospital, he managed to get himself out of bed and even walk with a walker without any extra help. However, the physical therapists at the assisted living facility ended up doing more harm than good. They didn't allow him to use a walker for an entire week, despite our persistent assurances that he was more than capable. We ultimately had to take him home to continue his rehab because they weren't making the progress they should have at the facility.

"Careless Staff and Indifferent Administration: Worst Care Experienced"
The care here was abysmal. The staff just lounged around, gossiping most of the time, completely oblivious to the alarms going off. The administration was totally indifferent. All in all, this was the worst care experience.
