"Caring Staff and Family Support"
My family member lives at Cedar Creek of Muncie. The staff is kind and helpful, always there for residents and families. I highly recommend this place.

"Concerns about management, finances and food quality at facility."
This assisted living place started off good, but recent changes in management have me feeling uneasy. There's no constant administrator, no head nurse, and money is disappearing from my dad's account for no reason, with no one stepping up to fix it. Moreover, the food quality has hit rock bottom. My dad says there might be a food poisoning issue going on. They said there was a holiday meal for families, but they forgot the stamps on the invites, so they all returned. This place needs someone to step up and take control now!

"Better Staff and Helpful Ambassador"
The staff seemed more involved. I mostly chatted with their main salesperson, who was very honest and open. Although this facility wasn't my parents' first pick, it turned out to be a better choice than the initial one. I also got assistance from the resident ambassador.

"Lynd Place Falls Short in Memory Care"
My family member stayed at Lynd Place for just a week or two. I had already informed them that she needed memory care. However, it took them a whole week to realize they couldn't provide the necessary care. They did help us find another place, but it was frustrating that they didn't listen to us initially.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Friendly Staff"
We picked Lynd Place because it was more affordable. The staff were friendly and welcoming during our tour. My mom liked that the residents were active. They have some great staff members. Our only issue has been with the cleaning services—they're not changing her sheets regularly. But they're listening to our concerns and trying to improve. Overall, things have worked out well, and we'd recommend them to others.

"Care Decline at Assisted Living Facility"
They used to be good, but then the management suddenly changed, and the care for patients got worse. We had to move our loved one elsewhere. It felt like the quality of care dropped significantly. Consider their sister facility in New Castle instead.

"Food Quality Needs Improvement"
The food here is pretty good, but sometimes it's cold or not tasty. Maybe they need a new cook or a chef who knows how to run the kitchen and make homestyle meals.
