"A Friendly Tour"
This place looks nice. The person who showed us around was friendly. They have some fun activities. But it’s a bit pricey for us.

"Poor Management Overshadows Caring Staff"
My mom went to this place for recovery, and while most of the people who worked there were really nice and took great care of her, I can’t say the same for the business side of things. It was super hard to get my mom out of there before the 20 days that Medicare covers. Whenever we asked questions, it felt like no one had any answers, and it seemed like they just wanted to keep her there as long as they could to get more money from Medicare. It’s like the bosses there need to be nicer and remember that it’s our tax money that pays them! I wouldn’t tell anyone to go to this place because they’re not run very well.

"Unsettling Rehab Experience at Care Facility"
My mom was sent here for recovery, and while I can't fault most of the caregivers who were mostly nice and did a great job looking after her, I can't say the same for the administrative side of things. Attempting to discharge my mom before the Medicare-approved 20-day stay was over turned out to be a complete mess. No one seemed to know anything when we asked questions. It felt like their aim was to keep patients for as long as they could just to get more money out of Medicare. It's important for the "Directors" there to remember that it's us, the taxpayers, who are footing their bills! I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor administration.

"Decent Community Tour"
I visited this place for my mom's care. Everyone was nice and friendly. The staff was polite and answered my questions. The rooms they showed were a bit too small for us. Overall, my tour went well, but I found another place that suited our needs better.
