"Shameful and poorly managed care facility; Not recommended"
I was unaware of the need to thoroughly examine such places. The home was badly mismanaged both in terms of money and professional conduct. I faced numerous issues with their office, including lost items. They simply babysat the adults - with no actions intended to involve those needing memory care, or even basic enjoyment for them. This place was so shameful, I wouldn't suggest they care for even animals.

"Spring Mill Assisted Living: Declining Quality, Poor Communication"
My family member lives at Spring Mill assisted living. It was nice before, but since new owners came in, things got worse. The staff isn't as good as before, and the people in charge don't answer calls or emails. When my family member came here, everything was fine, but now there are many problems. I suggest finding somewhere else because once elderly folks settle in, they don't like to move.

"Poor Care and Neglect at Spring Mill Assisted Living"
My family member has been at Spring Mill for a while. It used to be good, but not anymore since new owners took over. The staff quality keeps getting worse, and the administration doesn't respond to my concerns. No phone calls or emails returned. The doctor takes forever to reply. Recently, I found my Grandfather confused and afraid in the hallway after a room change. His new room had someone else's stuff, even blocking the bathroom. The toilet was dirty, and Grandpa's belongings were in garbage bags. Administration was notified, but still no response.

"New Management Fails at Spring Mill Assisted Living"
My family member has been at Spring Mill for a long time now. It was once a decent facility. But not anymore due to new management. The staff's performance keeps deteriorating. The management has shown no interest in resolving any issues I brought up. They never return my phone calls or emails. It takes ages for the doctor to get back to me. During a recent room reassignment, I arrived to find my grandpa in the hallway, lost and scared. In his new space, I noticed boxes of stuff that wasn't his. They even blocked his access to the bathroom, which held unattended waste. His belongings were stuffed in trash bags on the floor. Regardless of notifying the management, my complaints fell on deaf ears once again.

"Concerns Arise Over Quality and Staffing Changes at Spring Mill"
My grandparent has been living at Spring Mill for a while. At first, I thought it was great. But since they changed owners, things have gone downhill. The new staff aren't as good, and I even know one of them from before, and she has a criminal record! It's shocking they hired her. I want to move my grandparent somewhere else, but it's a big decision for someone old. Also, meal times have gotten all over the place lately, which isn't good for older folks who need a routine.

"Spring Mill Health Campus: A Positive Experience"
Spring Mill Health Campus has been a good experience overall. The campus is nice, with a beautiful garden tended by long-term residents. The staff is helpful and attentive, although there was an issue with breakfast not being cut up. Still, I'd recommend Spring Mill to others.

"Spring Mill helped my great-grandmother recover and live again"
Spring Mill really helped my great-grandmother get healthier. She had back surgery at 87 and was ready to give up. But after going to Spring Mill, she wanted to live and improve. Now she's moved from rehab to assisted living and only needs a cane to walk! If it weren't for Spring Mill, my grandma wouldn't be here today.
