"Awful Care and Rude Staff at Senior Living Home"
My Aunt and Grandma both had short stays at this horrible facility. The top floors often reek of urine. There's plenty of yelling, which I think is coming from seniors who are not being cared for properly. The staff member, [name removed], is an absolute nightmare. She's constantly ruder than anyone should ever be. I've even seen her make elderly women cry with her harsh words. It's disgusting. Maybe you should try cleaning up your own act, you could use it. I've seen [name removed] verbally attack a UPS driver in front of several residents, and then dismissively told them to go back to their rooms. She's an extremely impolite woman.

"Too Costly and Large for Comfort"
Story Pointe Chesterton topped the list in price compared to other spots we checked out. My mom didn’t take to it much; the place was just too spread out. With her needing a walker to get around, she thought there’d be too much ground to cover. That’s the biggest reason we decided it wasn’t the right fit.
