I've really liked Sugar Fork Crossing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. What's impressed me most is how quickly they respond whenever I have questions. They've also sorted out any problems I've had right away. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

"Great Assisted Living Facility"
The family should stay involved and build a relationship with the staff. Show that you're serious, not just dropping off your loved one. Overall, the staff is great, but daytime and overnight staff can be quite different. Stay connected and keep an eye on things. Communication with the family matters—don't let issues slide. The move-in process was easy, and meals seem fine. One suggestion: improve overnight staffing. Highly recommend this quality facility in town!

"Great Place with Open Spaces and Easy Navigation"
We picked Sugar Fork Crossing because it looked nicer and had open spaces for activities and a courtyard. The place is all on one level, so it’s easy to get around. Everything has been pretty good, except sometimes there’s a mix-up with the medication. Overall, I would recommend Sugar Fork Crossing to others.

"Security Concerns and Lackluster Reception at Assisted Living Facility"
Our family visited this assisted living facility. We liked its location near our loved one's home. However, when we arrived, the doors opened easily, and no one was at the front desk to greet us. The lobby felt empty, and we could have wandered around without anyone noticing. The person giving us the tour seemed flustered and unprepared. We didn't feel secure, as many doors were closed off.

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living with Helpful Staff"
I'd recommend checking out this place. The new staff and people there answered all my questions. They try to respond within twenty-four hours. The community is really clean. They're pretty friendly to families.
