"Friendly Assisted Living with Great Amenities"

I've been here for three weeks, and I'm pleased. Adjusting to a more structured lifestyle has been interesting. I have my own apartment, furniture, car, and cat. The food is good, staff friendly, and housekeeping is a bonus. Participating in activities helps.

"Friendly staff and well-kept facility meet our expectations."

My loved one has been at Sycamore Manor for a few months and is managing well. We’ve arranged extra help from hospice, but the staff at Sycamore Manor is very friendly. The place is clean, well-kept, and has plenty of staff. It has met all our expectations.

I really liked this place. It was super clean and looked after well. Everyone I met was really nice.

"Sycamore Manor: Nice but Short on Staff"

Sycamore Manor seemed nice when I visited, but it seemed like they didn't have enough staff. I worried about my loved one getting the care she needs.

""Caution: Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Management""

Once more, there's a new head of this home and even though so many different people have worked here, it still doesn't run smoothly. Half a year has passed and they tried to fix the yard around the porch - it's laughable...it's actually worse now. There are still no security cameras anywhere around. The service for residents after they move in is terrible! They never keep their promises and the staff can be really rude, plus there's been no solution concerning the break-in!" .
