"Affordable Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
The staff is okay—not unfriendly, but not super helpful either. It’s the cheapest choice around, and it’s not terrible. However, in Independent Living, there’s zero assistance. Adding Ala Carte options, like help with meds, would be nice. Despite a rate increase in 2024, it’s still the most affordable option compared to other places.

"Residents Pay More, Get Less in Assisted Living Facility"
They charge residents too much for rent. The building is falling apart, and they don't replace important things like water heaters properly. The food isn't great. Some staff are nice, but others don't care about the elderly residents. Also, special occasions with food only happen on the assisted living side, where there are more COVID cases. Independent residents miss out and still pay.

"Family-Centric Care with Communication Improvements Recommended"
I'd recommend them to a friend. Just watch closely at first to ensure nurses are attentive to your family member. Sometimes messages aren't passed on, and getting callbacks can be hard. Maybe they could improve their communication methods among staff. I'm not sure what system they use, so it's difficult to suggest improvements. The staff's friendliness to residents and visitors is great.

"Good experience, recommend for quick availability."
We chose this place because we needed it quickly and they had space. The room sizes are good for our needs. Overall, it has been a good experience, and I would recommend it.

"Terribly Managed, Poor Food and Declining Living Conditions"
This place is really bad. There's no guidance, no talking. The food lacks flavor, they don't even have a salad bar anymore because the health department shut it down. Worst place I've ever lived, and it's only gotten worse since I moved in.

"Happy Staff and Lovely Atriums"
I visited a nice place and was happy to see it. The atriums were really nice, and the staff seemed happy—they’ve been there for a while.

"Content Resident in Supportive Community"
I’m really glad to be living here. It’s been three years, and I’ve had a good time at all the events they have. The workers make sure to check on us if we miss a meal or if they haven’t heard from us all day. We’ve got everything we need right here!
