"Total Neglect from Staff in Assisted Living Facility"
When I first moved my mom here, I convinced myself it was for the best. However, it didn't take long for me to realize just how wrong I had been. My mother's switched to another assisted living place now. They always fall short on staff. There were numerous occasions when my mom didn't get any food because they had forgotten to place an order for her. Running out of her prescribed medication was a common scenario, which isn't right by any means. There was an incident where my mom took a nasty fall, and I only discovered days later when I paid her a visit. She was bruised all over and even had a clot forming under her arm. Nobody seemed bothered enough to check on her condition after the fall, let alone inform me. Approaching who supposedly heads nursing felt pointless, she seemed totally indifferent to the whole situation. The indifference was even more glaring when I tried addressing the issue with the lead QMA,.. She'd just shrug me off and tell me to discuss with instead, who'd often take days to respond. I wouldn't consider putting my parents in this facility ever again.

"Friendly Staff and Caring Residents"
I’ve only been here a month, so my experience is limited. The food could be better, but the residents are friendly and caring. The staff is welcoming and mostly skilled.

"Disappointing Care, Broken Promises at Assisted Living"
The place looks good but it’s really not taken care of well. All the stuff they said we’d get? We’re still waiting. The people in charge? They just don’t listen, they’re not even trying to understand, and it feels like they couldn’t care less. You’re better off finding a different place.
