"Friendly Staff and Delicious Lunch!"
The kitchen and wait staff are amazing—so friendly and attentive! Lunch was delicious, cooked just right. Although I expected a buffet, the change made sense.

"Standard Assisted Living Facility with Limited Pricing Negotiation"
When I was checking out places, this came in second. The only reason I didn't choose it was because they wouldn't haggle on the price. It's alright and seems like a typical assisted living spot. It feels more like a big institution compared to other places, but it's still decent. The person in charge was okay, and she was open to adjusting things for my mom. I'd suggest this place to other families.

"Starting To Adjust Better"
Mom is still adjusting to being here, but she seems to be improving. She is starting to relax more and socialize with the other residents. The staff has been very friendly, patient, and kind. They respond quickly when the call button rings, which is important. The community itself appears clean and well-maintained. I'm not sure about the food; Mom says it's bland and tasteless, but that could just be her opinion. I've never had a meal there, so I can't say either way.

"Insufficient Staff and High Risks at Keepsake Village"
Keepsake Village at Tudor Gardens is riddled with risks. There's insufficient staff to ensure resident safety or quickly tend to their needs. You're basically obliged to employ a personal aide for constant assistance.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff seems a little disinterested, and the place can get a bit messy due to housekeeping issues. However, the medical staff takes good care of the residents.

"Neglectful Staff Creating Unsettling Atmosphere"
Living at Hearth at Tudor Gardens in Keepsake Village is downright frightening. One woman keeps crying out, but everyone, including the staff and aides, just shrugs her off. Whether she's in the crowded common area with the rest of us while staff are busy with their phones, or she's alone in her room calling out, no one seems to care. It doesn't appear like the staff genuinely cares or wants to engage with the elderly. It's really disturbing thinking about what might be happening when there aren't any visitors around.

"Adjusting to Assisted Living"
My mom's settling in alright. Staff's nice and place is clean. She joins Saturday prayers but stays in her room otherwise. Wish she could go to Sunday mass. Med distribution fee seems steep at $600. Mom's still upset with me for moving her here.

"Inattentive Staff and Insurance Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
It takes too long to get help for showers, folks bungle up the medication, and the boss won't address our issues with processing long term care insurance (CNA) claims.

"Needs Faster Service and Better Supplies"
Sometimes, it takes too long to get our food after we order. Also, they run out of things like lids for cups and other supplies. They should check how they order things and improve their kitchen and dining room procedures.

"Cozy facility with dedicated staff, but food needs salt moderation."
This place doesn't have enough workers, but the ones who are there work hard. I appreciate that it's not too big, so you can know everybody who works there and the people who live there. About the food, many residents take medicine for high blood pressure, so I think the cooks should use less salt. They can always put some on at the table if someone wants it.

"Cold and clinical with limited diversity; not ideal for families"
During our tour, this place felt too clinical. Everything seemed shiny and new, but also cold and soulless. The care seemed okay, but it wasn't the kind of place I'd want for my Dad. Another thing to note is the lack of diversity. My father would have been the only African American resident. This was a common issue in many facilities we toured. Parent companies should consider broadening their appeal to other communities.

They only accept private payments. They don't take Medicaid and they don't provide nursing care. Moreover, it's located on a hectic avenue.

"New Assisted Living Facility: Spacious Apartments, Limited Services"
Just opened in February, 7-2 boasts large apartments with full kitchens, spacious bathrooms, and walk-in closets. However, their rehabilitation services are limited, and they don't offer skilled nursing. The memory care units are nicely furnished, resembling studios. It's important to note that the management company is different from Prestwick and Windermere.

"Close to husband's work, spacious rooms, but on edge of preference"
This place is nice, but it's kinda far from where we live. It's close to where my husband works though, which is good. The rooms are big, and the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, just like my mom likes. I really liked it, but I wish it was a little closer. I wouldn't mind the distance, but I think my mom might.
