"Inadequate Care at Two Assisted Living Facilities"
I gotta tell you about Aster Place. That's where my dad was. Another relative of mine was at The Springs. I don't mean to be upset, but those same nurses from The Springs ended up at Aster Place. Didn't feel happy at either place, to be honest. I feel like they only can take care of people who mostly can deal with stuff on their own but just don't want to. Any care beyond simply cooking for the residents and giving them a place to live just isn't worth the cost. To put it simply, don't send your parents to either of these places unless they're able to take care of themselves.

"City vibe, independence focus."
The place was clean but felt urban, leaning toward independence.

"Unexpected eviction, suitable for active residents"
The staff were friendly, and the place was kept tidy. However, our experience was less than satisfactory. Our family member began to wander, and we were abruptly informed on a Friday that they had to leave by Monday. After speaking with the director, we learned that the facility was required to provide a thirty day notice, which they didn't adhere to. Once our loved one started wandering, it seemed as though they couldn't manage his care. I would suggest this facility for a person who is more active and independent.
