"Nice place but sometimes hard to find the nurse"
It can be tricky to find the nurse in the evenings. Overall, it’s a nice place, and I’d recommend it. Sometimes, there isn’t a nurse or someone to talk to during my visits because the nurse is on two floors. The only problem we faced was when my loved one was given too much medication, but it was quickly fixed. One of our family members visits daily.

"Recommend despite communication issue, friendly staff, mother happy."
I recommend them, but they have a slight communication issue. Friendly staff engage my mother well; she's happiest here.

"Terrible Smell and Disorganization at Bloom at Kokomo"
I think everyone should know our time at Bloom at Kokomo was not good. The building smelled awful. There was this fantastic male nurse, but when he left things got really bad. Everything felt super messy and scattered there. I wouldn't tell anyone to go there.

"Caring Community with Engaging Bible Study"
Our experience with this community was positive until COVID prevented visits. The staff members were excellent, and our loved one enjoyed the bible study. We recommend this community to others.

"A Bit Pricey, But Still Good!"
Everything at this place was okay. The area is neat, and the people who work here and live here are nice. The cost was a bit more than we planned, but I'd still consider it for my friend.
