"Lots of problems, but two good staff members."
The place looks nice, but it has a bunch of problems. The bosses keep changing. Good workers are either fired or quit. They use temporary workers who just don't care about the residents. They don't have enough staff. (How can they sometimes only have one person working?) The food is awful. The billing is all over the place - they either charge too little and then add more later, or they charge too much and have to fix it. The fees seem to change for no reason. The only reason my dad's still there is that he's in hospice and won't be with us much longer. If he were as healthy as when he first moved in, he would have left by now. But, I have to give credit to the two workers who have been there the whole time my dad has.

"Nice place, but care wasn't enough for uncle."
Unfortunately, my uncle had to leave this community. They couldn't give him the level of care he needed. It's a nice place with kind people. They did their best to care for him, but it wasn't a good fit. Overall, it's a nice community.

"Happy with daily visits and friendly staff"
He’s happy at Tipton Place. He likes the staff. The lady he used to live with can visit him every day, and that makes him happy. Overall, it’s been a good experience.
