"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Communication"
My family member stayed at this place for two years. I'd rate it a 3 for that time. But lately, in the last six months, it's dropped to a 2. There's not enough staff, and they seem unhappy. Except for the food, everything else needs improvement. They didn't tell me when my loved one got COVID the first time. The people in charge didn't pay much attention to the Memory Care unit. They focused more on the Independent and Assisted living areas where residents could speak up for themselves. A few staff in Memory Care were kind, but there weren't enough of them, and they didn't seem happy. I wish things were better because my family member had a close friend there, which made it hard to leave.

"Best place to live: caring staff and friendly residents"
I truly feel that there’s no better place for me to live right now than here. This place is like a real community with kind, supportive, and friendly staff and residents. I’m very thankful to have it in my life.

"Inadequate Staffing and Poor Leadership at Assisted Living Facility"
Terrible leadership across the board...the administrator and DON are no different...they only seem to care about profits...they show no concern for their employees, and barely know the residents. They're perpetually understaffed...and the managers just sit in their offices all day, never stepping up to help out...I would never trust this facility with the care of a family member.

"Nice place, but pricey. Staff could be more helpful."
This place was alright. I visited here when I was searching for somewhere for my mom. It cost more than we could afford, but it looked really nice. The man I spoke to was friendly, but he didn't give me much assistance besides suggesting I call someone else to find out what my mom could get. Overall, I chose a different community.
