"Caring Staff, Mixed Food, Transportation Concerns"
The staff has done a great job keeping residents safe and families informed during the pandemic. The atmosphere is caring. However, the food isn’t always the best, and transportation reliability can be an issue.

"Clean, modern, and very helpful staff."
Review: "My mother-in-law lived at Summit Villa before, and we were so impressed that we recently admitted my father there too. The facility is clean, doesn’t smell, and has up-to-date furnishings. The staff is wonderful! The administration is very helpful with the admission process and anything else the resident or family needs." Summary:

"Going Smoothly"
Everything’s going great. Dad’s happy and likes it there. They’re taking good care of him. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it. Everyone’s been nice.

"Assisted Living Facility Provides Positive Experience for Seniors"
My dad moved into Whitlock Place after staying with us for 5 years. Overall, it's been mostly good for both him and me. The staff is caring and takes good care of my dad's needs. Even though his Parkinson's is getting worse, he seems happier in this safer place. The place is clean, bright, and feels secure. However, it's expensive, which is a downside of elder care in the USA.

"A Safe Haven for Seniors"
I moved my dad into Whitlock Place after caring for him at home for 5 years. Overall, our experience has been pretty good. The staff is caring and attentive to my dad's needs. Even though his Parkinson's is still getting worse, I see him living a better life here. The place is bright, clean, and feels safe. The only downside is the high cost, but that's just how elder care is in the USA.
