"Assisted Living Staff Cares, but Faces Wait Time Challenges"
They are generally nice and do their best to care for everyone. Staffing is limited, so sometimes there's a wait to enter or get medicine.

"Attentive staff, clean environment, but food could use improvement."
The manager stays on top of everything. You can call or text her anytime, and she's always ready to help however she can. Since it's not too big, it's easy to get to know the staff. Most of them are very friendly. The place is really clean, and it feels nice to be there. My family member really likes their "apartment." They do say that the food isn't very tasty, so they'd like it to get better. In general, my family member enjoys everyone and has made friends. They feel at ease and participate in the activities and exercises. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff are also great. I'm comfortable and like visiting. The staff is there if you need them, but you can also have your privacy, which is important to my family member. Like anywhere else, they could use a few more employees to help everyone faster, but overall, they're doing a pretty good job.

"Inconsistent Staffing and Subpar Food at Mom's Assisted Living"
My mom moved into this place. Since then, they've already had to find their third head nurse, and a few other important staff members have left too. We're not sure if it's because of COVID or management issues. Also, the food isn't that great.

"Not Medicaid-friendly"
The assisted living facility was pleasant, but they don't take Medicaid, so it wasn't an option for us.

"Worthington Place Misleads on Availability"
I visited Worthington Place and thought it was pretty good. But, I was upset when they said they had room for my family member and then when we tried to apply, they said they were full. They wanted to move my relative to a different building.

"Not Ideal for Mom's Needs"
It's been a while since I visited this place. Overall, it's nice, but it won't meet my mom's care needs. The community isn't locked, so patients can come and go freely, which doesn't work for my mom. Also, the location isn't ideal—it takes 20 minutes without traffic and up to 30-45 minutes during emergencies.

"Clean and friendly assisted living facility, but not our match."
This place was okay! It looked really clean and everyone who worked there and lived there seemed nice. But it didn't really provide the kind of care we needed. Still, it's a good place!

"Life is Better Now"
I moved my mom here last week. At first, she hated it. She was angry, uncooperative, and wandered the halls, looking for a way out. The staff has done a great job redirecting her energy. Now, she goes to exercise class and loves listening to the live band that entertains the residents. This place is super clean and tastefully decorated. The dining area is bright, with white tablecloths on round tables and lovely chandelier lighting. There's an open TV room with a big widescreen above an enclosed fireplace, and comfy couches and chairs. They have a hair salon and a crafts room. The personal rooms are neutral-toned and clean, with walk-in showers. The kitchenettes have sinks, half-size fridges not the tiny ones, microwaves, and plenty of storage cabinets. There are double closets too. The director and activities directors are amazing. They just sent me a video of my mom dancing just moving with the music with the live band. Very kind people. Also, if your loved one tends to wander, like mine, they put a small "button" on the back of their pants that sets off alarms if they try to leave with "newly acquired" friends or family.

"Inconsiderate Director, Understaffed Facility"
The place is understaffed, and the head honcho can't be bothered with matters seemingly trivial.

"New Resident Enjoys Loved One’s Care"
This place is nice, almost everyone is friendly. They’re still figuring things out, but everyone’s trying hard to help. I really like the food, the room, and the activities. It’s super clean, no bad smells.

"Clean, friendly staff and great activities – highly recommended!"
I visited this place and was impressed by its cleanliness and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and given a tour. The staff clearly care about the residents and plan great activities. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking.
