"Beautiful Facility with Caring Staff but High Costs and Staffing Issues"
This is a good place for parents who can't live alone anymore. It's beautiful, safe, clean, and comfortable. There are separate apartments for independence and privacy, and the facility has a dining room, activity center, library, common sitting areas, and more. Residents can enjoy many activities and socialize without leaving the building. The staff really care about the residents. However, there is a high caregiver turnover because of low wages, not enough training, and too few staff members. There is also a safety concern at night due to minimal staffing. The cost to rent an apartment is high, and the added costs based on "level of care" add up quickly.

"Meal Discrepancies Raise Concerns"
Great care for our parents. The staff tries their best to help residents. Most RAs are friendly and caring. But the meals don’t match what’s on the menu. They need better-trained kitchen staff.

""Great Staff and Home-like Atmosphere, Happy Mom""
My mom's been living here for a year and likes it a lot. Everyone has made her feel welcomed and comfortable. She's even more active here than she was in her old house. The employees here care a lot about the people living here and it really shows. They always help out and do extra to make this a good and safe place to live.

"Caring People"
I'm giving this review because the staff at Wynnfield Crossing are so caring and respectful of the residents. Everyone, from the assistants, to the servers are all wonderful. The apartments are warm and inviting and the food is good. There's plenty of activities that are a lot of fun. My mom and I are very happy we chose Wynnfield.
