York Place genuinely cares about patients and takes good care of my mother-in-law. The family nights are enjoyable for meeting others with family here. However, they could improve by having more professional consultations. Occasionally, the place appears a bit dirty.

"Caring Staff and Excellent Support During Hospital Stay"
Our mom has been living here for two years. The staff has been great to her and to us. They have included mom in activities, and she has adjusted well after our dad passed away. Recently, mom was in the hospital for two weeks. During that time, a nurse visited her in the hospital to check on her and see how she was doing. The nurse also came to meetings with the doctor and therapists to discuss mom's progress. I really appreciated this, as it helped me understand what was happening. Since mom returned to assisted living, the staff has been very attentive, making sure she is doing well and getting any help she needs.

The staff is amazing with my brother. He’s been at York Place for more than 7 years, and he really enjoys the food and activities. It’s a small place, so everyone knows the staff and the other residents. I couldn’t find a better place for him!

"Great Care, Good Food, and Friendly Staff!"
My dad is finally gaining weight! He is eating very well! Dad has made a good friend here! The care has been very good and we are happy. The food is good here and the staff is great! The staff decorates every holiday and always keeps the place spotless. How does that look?

"Friendly staff, great care, and fun activities make it excellent"
We really appreciate the staff here! Everyone is friendly, kind, and quick to help. The care is excellent. From my experience, the food is good and nothing has ever tasted bad. We love family night; it’s a big hit with the residents and gets families involved. There are lots of activities on the calendar too.

"Great care, warm welcome, and delicious food at York Place"
We’re really lucky to have York Place. I really like the staff and how they take care of my mom. I’d be happy to live here myself when I get older, as long as the current staff is here. Every time we visit, we feel like family and are always welcomed warmly. The food is delicious and the care is top-notch!

"Caring Staff, Good Activities, Clean Facility, But Short Stay"
My rating is three stars because our family member hasn't been at the facility for long. The care is good, and the staff are friendly and caring. They provide enjoyable activities for interaction. The facility is clean.
