"Affordable Independent Living at Top-Rated Assisted Living Facility"
The price for living on our own really caught our attention when we compared it to other places.

" A Comfortable Choice for Assisted Living"
We chose Celebration Villa for these reasons: a one-bedroom unit with a balcony, the monthly cost fit her budget, the location was convenient for her local family, and she was familiar with the area close to stores she used to go to. Moving from independent to assisted living in the same building would be easy when the time comes. Overall, the visits left a good impression, and my mom’s experience living there confirms it: the staff are competent and friendly, and so are the residents who are mostly middle to upper-middle class. We spoke to some residents during our visits who liked living there. Two things to note: the food is a bit bland which is one downside and the facilities are a bit worn compared to a couple of other places we looked at.

"Assisted Living Review: Celebration Villa of Hearthstone"
The staff at Celebration Villa of Hearthstone is good. They face challenges like other businesses in hiring and retaining workers. Housekeeping and laundry services are satisfactory. I've enjoyed lunch there daily for 4 months; the food is pleasing. Moving in is facilitated with a 4-wheel dolly, though a 2-wheel dolly must be brought if necessary.

"Active Social Life, Limited Space at Senior Home"
I believe this place has a lot of fun stuff to do. They play card games, bingo, and something they call domino trains every single day. They also do exercises, but they don’t have any gym machines – they just use chairs and other stuff instead. Almost every week, there’s a country band playing, and they hold different church services too. But they’ve only got four rooms plus the atrium for all these activities. They go on trips as well, like to the grocery store, casinos, and just today, they went to see the KC Royals play. They sure do have a busy social director here. That’s pretty much everything I’ve noticed.

"Assisted Living Residents Praise Meals, Staff, and Activities Despite Accessibility Challenges"
Many residents struggle with walking, as parking is far and uphill. Ground leveling and closer parking are needed. Overall, satisfied; excellent meals, caring staff, enjoyable activities for mom.

"Fine Tour, Chose Better Option Elsewhere"
We toured Celebration Villa and thought it was okay. There was nothing wrong with it. But there was a big difference between it and the place we chose. The other place looked nicer and had better amenities, care, food, and activities.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The maintenance team has been quick to respond. However, the food is just okay—it’s pre-prepped and lacks variety. The dining room services are below average, but the staff is friendly. They could improve by making the place smell fresher. On a positive note, they do check on the residents, and I feel my loved one is safe.

"Lacking Care"
Atria Hearthstone lacks personal touch, feels cold and sterile. The Atria Hearthstone didn't feel welcoming. It looked nice, but from the people at the front desk to the person who showed me around, they didn't seem interested in my husband and me beyond just wanting to fill a room and make money. It felt cold and unwelcoming.

"Mixed Feelings About Atria Hearthstone Assisted Living"
Overall, I'm pretty happy with Atria Hearthstone right now. There are lots of fun activities available, although my brother chooses not to join in, which isn't Atria's fault but they could encourage him more. His physical care has been really good, and all the staff are nice and welcoming. Compared to other places I looked at, it's a good deal. The only problem so far is that some staff haven't always worn masks properly during high COVID-19 times. Like many others I've seen, they sometimes wear masks below their noses or even below their mouths, especially when talking (which is when you should have your face covered most). However, they did seem to handle cases well on my brother's floor and among the staff, since he never got sick himself.

"Appalling Memory Care Unit at Assisted Living Facility"
Sure, this place might offer superior care, but their memory care department is ridiculous! My aunt stayed there for a month and they just ignored her medicine routine. This caused her condition to deteriorate rapidly. Whenever a problem came up, instead of addressing it immediately, they let it grow into a big mess before they even bothered to notify me. So frustrating!

We love this place because it’s close enough for me to visit every day. It’s always clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make everyone happy and safe. She enjoys the food and eats well. The courtyard is well-kept.

"Great place for loved ones to thrive with social activities!"
I would definitely suggest this community because my family member is doing great there. She stays at Atria West. After they lifted the lockdown, she got to mingle with others, and it made a big difference in her mood. She's doing awesome, participating in exercise sessions, enjoying movies, and chatting with neighbors. It's proven to be a fantastic place, and we're pleased.

"A Review of Atria Assisted Living"
I went on a tour of Atria's west building, but I missed out on seeing the east side. The bathrooms seemed cramped, and the rooms looked old compared to what I expected for the price. It cost more than other places I checked out but didn't seem to offer as much. Overall, it was okay, but it didn't seem like the best fit for my dad.

"Comfortable, cozy assisted living with personalized care and amenities."
My mom's apartment is big with lots of light. It has a walk-in closet and a bathroom that suits her. The place isn't huge, but that's okay for her. She likes smaller places because they're easier to move around in. There aren't many spots to hang out, but Mom doesn't mind. They asked her about her hobbies and tried to include them. The internet can be a bit wonky, but Mom doesn't mind. She's happy with the food, and I agree, it's alright. She's only been there a few weeks, but I think she likes it.

"Mixed Experience for Respite Care"
My mom stayed at Atria for just 8 days, for a short break. They paired her with a friend to help her settle in. Unfortunately, the friend wasn’t as healthy as Mom. She was a nice person but kept telling the same stories over and over like she forgot she’d said them before. I don’t think Mom needs to move to a care facility yet.

"Disappointed with care at Atria Hearthstone East and West!"
Moving my family member here was just awful. At first, they assured me they'd be able to help my family member. But then, in only a few weeks, they told me they couldn't take care of their needs. There was just one nurse for my family member, and I was unsatisfied with the care they received at Atria Hearthstone East and West.

"Disappointed at Unprepared and Inadequate Care"
Awful Time at this Assisted Living Facility" My family and I had an awful time at this assisted living community which I would discourage anyone from choosing. Upon bringing my father here, they seemed unprepared to accommodate him properly. We even needed to hire additional caregivers to ensure his well-being. They had promised us safe transportation for my father, but their services did not meet safety standards. Moreover, they lacked skill in taking care of his personal hygiene needs. Despite it being a provision that laundry should be done weekly, it hardly ever became a reality. Despite multiple discussions with them emphasizing the need for improvement, there were no changes. Overall, we found our time here to be utterly disappointing.

"Meeting Expectations, But Room for Improvement"
I thought this place would be better. It's clean and nice everywhere. They have activities for people, but my mom can't do much, so she does lighter things. She likes the meals they give her. The staff are all friendly and they take good care of her and clean up a bit. I'm not sure if I'd tell others to come here. I don't have any big complaints, but I thought it would be better.

"Mixed Experience: Atria Hearthstone Assisted Living Review"
We had a mixed time at Atria Hearthstone. At first, when my family member was in independent living, we struggled to communicate with the staff. It was hard to reach them and we had problems with bills. Later, we moved her to assisted living, which was much better. The staff there is friendly, professional, and takes good care of her. The facility itself is always clean and nice.

"Perfect place for mom!"
We know several people who've lived here, including family. My mom just moved in and she loves it! Even though leaving her old home was tough, her new apartment feels like home with her familiar furniture. She can still do what she wants but feels safer with round-the-clock nursing. The food is great, served like in a fancy restaurant. The rooms are a good size and come with full-sized fridges and stoves. We're grateful for finding Atria, and might move in ourselves if our home ever becomes too much to handle.

"Moving In Was Tough"
The move-in process was really tough. The staff didn't seem very welcoming during that time. It took a few weeks to get her settled into the routines, so the care was lacking initially. On the bright side, there are plenty of activity options, and the food quality is quite good, although meal timing is a bit strict.

"Lack of management responsiveness spoils Atria Hearthstone experience"
Our time at Atria Hearthstone wasn't good. The building seemed ok and the caretakers treated the residents well. The food was better than at many other places. But, we had problems with the people in charge. They didn't try to help us with a problem we thought was easy to solve but was really affecting our family member's happiness in the home. They just ignored us in the end, and we had to remove our family member from there.

"Satisfactory Assisted Living Experience with Small Food Portion Concerns"
The place is going well. Mom adjusts better than expected. She participates more than we thought. It's tidy, and the staff is nice. Food portions are usually good, but sometimes small; mom remains hungry. Mom loved the place upon seeing it; we were impressed, so we picked it.

"Poor Care and Communication at Atria Failed Expectations"
We truly had a tough time with Atria. We moved my family member there thinking he would be able to stay forever. But we quickly found out there was a limit to the care they could offer, and he needed more care than they could provide. He fell multiple times while there, and they didn't even call us when they had to send him to the hospital. The staff was nice but the level of care was disappointing.

"Communication Lacks in Respite Stay But Full-Time Care Thrives"
The facility doesn't communicate well between shifts. When they agree to do something, they don't always follow through. They don't really notice new people, especially those here for respite stays. Just my opinion though, because I only visited once. On a brighter note, it's a tidy place and the people are friendly. It's probably better suited for people who live here full-time because they can offer some aid for daily activities.
