"Friendly Staff and Nice Facility, Executive Director Unavailable During Tour"
We visited Benton House of Lenexa to find a place for our family member. The facility looked nice, and the staff was really friendly. They answered all our questions. We were supposed to meet the Executive Director, but they weren't there on the day of our visit.

I think the place wasn't honest about taking my family member and then changed their mind.

"Community Falls Short in Meeting Dad's Care Needs"
During our visit, they said they couldn't take care of my dad because of his past care issues. They refused to give him a shot that could help his behavior. They weren't right for us.
