The community lacks night staff. The DON is excellent with communication and follow-up. They're pricey for staffing levels; corporate elder care's unfortunate. Meals provided thrice daily; limited, processed snacks. Drinks, including coffee, tea, ice, water, and diet soda, should be available at all times.
