"Assisted Living Facility: Decent, Needs More Activity Variety for Residents"
It's an okay place to live, seems good for loved ones. They have community activities, but they don't change often. More variety would be nice for residents.

"Cozy, Caring Atmosphere with Great Food and Activities"
Brookdale is a smaller, cozy place where everyone is caring. The staff is great at meeting my dad’s needs, and the food is delicious. I’ve eaten there a few times, and my dad loves it too. They offer lots of activities like card games, memory games, and fun outings to keep everyone busy and happy. The place is clean, and I really appreciate that they let me bring our dogs when I visit. Brookdale feels more like a home and a family than a typical facility.

"Feels Like Home and Family"
Brookdale is a smaller place, which I like. The staff is very involved in taking care of the residents. They've been great at meeting my dad's needs. The food is really good. I've eaten there several times, and my dad is happy with it too. They offer cards, memory games, and many outings and social activities to keep everyone engaged. The community is clean, and I love that they let me bring our dogs when I visit. Brookdale feels more like a home and family than an institution.

"Awful Experience at Assisted Living, but Decent Food"
My grandma has been living there for just over a month, and it's been really bad. The person who helped us get her moved in doesn't work there anymore and things have been awful since then. The boss is so rude and doesn't act like a professional. When you try to complain, she makes things even worse. They never call us back and it's hard to talk to anyone from the staff. The cleaning service is terrible; since my grandma moved in her bathroom has smelled like pee from the last person who lived there. She's asked for more bathroom supplies, but they never give her anything. We’ve been bringing them ourselves for her. Nobody at the assisted living seems to care about our worries. But on the plus side, my grandma says the food is pretty good.

"Promised Care Turns Nightmare at Assisted Living Facility"
My mother-in-law has lived here for just over a month, and it's been pretty bad. The person who got us onboard left and everything went south from there. Our current manager is rude and unprofessional and if you bring up an issue, she certainly won't make things easier for you. The staff hardly ever answers the phone and they're really bad at communicating. The cleaning service leaves much to be desired – my mother-in-law's bathroom stinks like urine from the last resident. Despite repeated requests, they still haven't restocked toilet papers and other necessary items. We've been supplying them ourselves to make sure she has what she needs. It seems the staff and the administration don't care about residents' concerns or opinions. But hey, at least the food's decent.
