Brookdale was a good place for my Dad. The people who work there are nice, but they don't have enough staff, so there are some things that could be better. I was sad when I saw that the money we pay every month went up in just one year.

"Satisfactory Care and Friendly Staff at Brookdale Assisted Living"
My husband has been living at Brookdale since the beginning of this year. I'm really happy with the way they take care of him. At first, he wasn't very happy and needed a lot of attention from the staff. The place is always clean and smells nice. My husband likes the food and thinks it looks good too. The staff has been friendly to me. Overall, I'm very happy with Brookdale and I've told other people about it.

Dad likes living here, and the staff treats him well. I'm grateful for his care and friendships there. I trust he's well looked after. His only issue is the food options. Thank you.

"Issues with Medications and Communication"
The staff did a great job caring for our loved ones’ physical needs. But when it came to medical matters and distributing medications, we faced problems. Communication with the nurse practitioner was challenging.

"Mixed Experience at Brookdale Assisted Living"
My friend feels lonely ever since she moved into Brookdale. While I've seen worse places, this one isn't great either. She's lost weight because they're not ensuring she gets the right diet. There are no activities to keep her busy, and the staff, though nice, struggle due to being understaffed.
