"Assisted Living Review: Friendly Staff, Varied Activities, Great Value"
I've met most of the staff and residents here, and they've been really nice and willing to help. I think they have enough staff for the number of residents they have. They make a list of activities every month, and it seems like they have a lot of different things to do. Compared to other places in Wichita, I think it's a really good deal for what you get.

"Positive Experience: Affordable, Clean, Pleasant Assisted Living Community"
I would recommend this place to others. We chose it because it's affordable, clean, without any strong odors like many others. It has a pleasant environment and is conveniently located.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living with Great Amenities and Helpful Staff"
The lunch meals vary in quality from great to okay. We chose this community for its nearby amenities, easy walking access, friendly and helpful staff, pleasant duplex, engaging activities, and other positive aspects noted in the survey. The carport convenience and ambassadors assisting newcomers were also deciding factors.

"Housekeeping and Cleanliness Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility feels welcoming, and the staff is friendly. However, basic housekeeping needs improvement—trash isn’t emptied daily, especially in the bathroom. Additionally, the apartment hasn’t been cleaned in at least two weeks, going on three. Laundry wasn’t done until we brought it to the staff’s attention.

"Memory Care House Fees Add Up"
Not a Great Experience at the Memory Care House I didn't have a good time at the memory care house. There weren't any activities, and everyone just sat around with the TV on. The staff kept calling me because my dad was upset, and they wanted me to leave work to help. One night, they even called an ambulance and took him to the hospital because he was so agitated. I think most of the staff isn't qualified to handle patients with memory problems. They kept changing my dad's medications, which probably made him even more upset. Eventually, we moved him to a different care facility where they actually do fun things with the residents and share pictures on social media. But here's the kicker: they added extra fees to the monthly bill for things like incontinence care, TED hose, and medication management. These fees weren't for supplies; they were just for helping my dad put on and take off the TED hose and changing his undergarments. The original monthly fee was supposed to be around [fee removed], but once they added all those fees, it ended up being almost.

"Grandparents enjoy care, but bus could be smoother"
We really like this community. The staff communicates well with us and even found medical issues the doctor missed. My grandparents enjoy the food and care here. Their only complaint is that the bus is bumpy. The community is clean, and the cost is reasonable. They offer many programs, and I would recommend this place.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"
I like the community, it's been nice overall. However, the food is a problem. I have swelling in my feet and legs, and they serve a lot of salty processed foods. Even though the dietitian says they don't use salt, I can taste it. It's tough dealing with the swelling. On a positive note, we just finished March Mayhem, an annual event. I enjoyed that; it was fun.

"Wonderful Care at Park West"
Park West and its staff have done a great job taking care of the lady I look after. The director and staff always make time to talk with me and help me understand the best choices for her. They show wisdom and real care with a very kind approach. The rooms are very spacious, and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. I highly recommend this wonderful assisted living facility.

"Disappointment over Ridiculous Billing for Brief Stay"
Definitely not for us. I was really upset when they billed us for two weeks after my dad only stayed for 10 minutes. I'm just not into it.
