"Happy with Good Staff and New Home"
Things have been pretty good here, and the people who work here are really nice to us. Moving from our own house and getting used to new things and a new place is tough, but we're really happy living here now.

"Needs Improvement in Pricing, Food, Communication, and Additional Charges"
I'd suggest to a friend to keep looking. Here's why: they need to work on the cost, food quality, talking with my family's doctor, and not piling up extra services and fees.

"Great Staff, Activities for Mom Need More Variety, Overall Outstanding"
All the workers are great. [[Name removed]], who helps with getting people in, was very helpful in getting my mom settled here. The only thing we've noticed is that it seems to be more for older people. So, for my mom, who is almost 75, the things they do for fun seem too old-fashioned. She needs more than just beach ball exercises. But other than that, it's been a really good place to be.

"Great Experience with Wonderful Staff"
My overall experience has been really good. It's always a bit hard to get used to a new way of living, but the people working here have been super nice and helpful.

"Heartbreaking Experience with Indifferent Assisted Living Facility"
My husband stayed at Regret Park for three months and it was the absolute bottom of the barrel. Really harsh for anyone, unfortunately, my husband passed away last week. To make matters worse, the funeral home even spelled his last name wrong, and I spent a day and a half just trying to locate him. I attempted numerous times to call Regret Park for updates, but no one ever picked up. When I insisted on doing FaceTime, I was given nothing but excuses. This place is honestly the pits. Even their new director, who's only been there for two weeks, had no idea where they send patients who pass away. I had to give him information from the coroner's office.
