"Falling Standards at Care Home Under New Management"
With new people in charge, the quality of care has really dropped. I've seen a lot of care homes, but never one where the staff just do the bare minimum. They'd rather chat among themselves than look after the residents. Bedrooms are dirty and the hallways smell like pee. The laundry comes back looking grey. They barely run any activities for residents, which is a change from previous management who were great at getting residents out of their rooms and active. My family member was even taken to the hospital and the staff didn't notice that she was gone. All this could be improved, but it's up to the management and staff to do it for the sake of these wonderful residents.

"Terrible Care at Newer Assisted Living Facility"
This place has really gone downhill with the new bosses in charge. Of all the nursing homes I've been to, none of them have a practice of doing the bare minimum like this one does. It seems the workers here care more about chatting with each other than looking after folks. The rooms are dirty, and the corridors smell like pee. The laundry comes back looking grubby. There are hardly any activities to do - it wasn't like this before. The activity staff used to be good at getting folks out of their rooms and doing stuff. My family member was sent to the hospital, and nobody here even noticed she was missing. It's all fixable, but it's gonna take the bosses and workers here to step up and improve things for these wonderful folks.

"Steer Clear: This Facility is a Nightmare!"
From the managers down to the workers, this place is chaos. The Director of Nursing couldn't care less about the staff or the people living here. She turns a deaf ear to concerns and needs raised by the residents' families. The place is filthy. There are bed bugs, ants, and cockroaches everywhere. They don't give the people and patients the care they need. I strongly advise you to find a different place for your loved one. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never chosen this place.

This place isn't right for someone you love. It's heartbreaking that such facilities exist and even get paid.

"Bad Care, Unresponsive Staff at Assisted Living Home"
This place really doesn't look like it's cared for at all. Even the lights in the parking lot and at locations where they leave patients are all busted and have been that way for a long time. The nurse helpers are lazy and not nice. My mother-in-law is even scared to upset them because she feels she might receive even less attention. It's pointless to leave a message for anyone working at the offices here because they don't ever return calls. If we weren't stuck on this location this would be my worst pick for a "nursing" home. If you can, pay more and go anywhere else.

"Choose Another Nursing Home, This One's Not Worth It"
It's clear from first glance that this facility isn't properly maintained. The lights in the parking area and drop-off locations haven't been functioning for ages. The nurse aides seem to be lazy and disrespectful. My mother-in-law is honestly terrified to upset them since she might receive even less attention. Don't waste your time trying to leave a message for the admin staff because they never return calls. If it wasn't for the convenience of the location, it'd be the last place I'd consider for nursing home care. If you can afford to, definitely choose a different place.

"Horrific Assisted Living Facility Lacks Care and Cleanliness"
This place is horrid! I wouldn't even let my pet stay here. It's so grimy, and the food they serve doesn't look good at all. The staff, especially the nurses, appear unconcerned for the people living here and don't spend time chatting with them. I really didn't want my mom staying here, and I tried my best to prevent it.

"Dreadful and Unhygienic Assisted Living Facility"
It's awful, I wouldn't even put a pet there. It's unclean, the food isn't appealing, the nurses seem indifferent about their patients and don't really communicate with them. I wouldn't have sent my mom there and I did try to stop it.
