Recently, we've had issues at Rose Estates. Some of these problems are because they don't have enough staff, which happens a lot at places like this. Also, a few of the staff members aren't being responsible.

We picked Rose Estates because it's close to family, and they had what my dad needs. The room sizes are good for him. We formed these opinions during COVID, and I think they're a good choice overall.

"A Safe and Welcoming Community for Seniors"
My mother-in-law is doing really well since she moved to this community. She likes it a lot, and we feel good about her living here. Everyone is very helpful and kind. The community looks great every time we visit. We know she's safe and well taken care of here. Overall, things are going smoothly, and I would suggest this community to others.

"Flexible meal times, varied menu, and friendly atmosphere highlight facility."
This place is nice because they let you eat within a two-hour window for each meal, which is convenient. My mom mostly likes the food, but sometimes it's not as good as we expected. They have a diverse menu, and they quickly serve one item, while the rest is made fresh. The place is clean, and they offer many activities. My mom has started swimming. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility Tour"
I visited this place and it was okay. The person in charge was really nice and helped us a lot. They answered everything we asked and showed us around. I just didn't like that the rooms are shared.

"Dad's Experience at Assisted Living"
My dad really likes living here. The staff are friendly and pay attention to him. I can talk to them whenever I need to. Dad mostly enjoys his meals, though they're different from what he's used to. There are activities, but he hasn't joined yet. He's starting to get interested, so hopefully he'll join soon. Overall, he's doing well here, and I would tell others to consider this place.

"Lack of Attention at Rose Estates"
We chose Rose Estates for our mom because we were told she would get the care she needed. However, we are disappointed and frustrated because the staff isn't putting in the effort to take care of her. Right now, our family has to keep an eye on her and respond to her calls for help because the staff isn't watching her medical needs properly. We hope things will get better soon.

"Mixed Experience at Rose Estates"
The staff at Rose Estates used to be consistent, friendly, and provided great care. But recently, things changed. The manager retired, the cooks left and the food quality got worse, and the amazing handyman also moved on. The new staff isn't well-trained to handle elderly residents. Some of them are even rude and rough. Hopefully, this is just temporary, but the family-like atmosphere has declined. We used to be extremely happy here.

"Great staff, clean facility, and excellent care for residents"
The staff here is fantastic. They are very helpful and talk to us clearly. The building is always clean and smells nice. The care here is top-notch, and they really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is well taken care of.

"Impressive tour with friendly staff, location a consideration."
This was one of the places we visited when we were exploring options. It was among my top choices, and I was really impressed. The man who gave us the tour was great, and the residents seemed really happy with him. Ultimately, I chose another place because it's a bit closer to me. But this one was very nice, and I would suggest it.

So far, Rose Estates has been great! It's clean, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly. They provide lots of amenities and care for residents, plus the food is decent.

My sister was okay here while her health was decent. But, when she needed extra care, it was clear they didn't have enough staff.
