"Lacking Memory Care Unit, Otherwise Good Tour Experience"
Our family visited The Atrium at Overland Park in person, and the tour was good overall. However, they didn't have a memory care unit, which our loved one required.

"Vibrant Community with Friendly Staff and Varied Activities"
My wife and I really like living here. It feels like a little village with lots of friendly people. The building is older but cozy. The staff is super nice and always helps out. They clean our place once a week and do extra cleaning if we ask. You can pay a little more for them to do your laundry. The food is getting better but still needs some work. There are tons of things to do like swimming, using the gym, going to mass (we have three Priests living here!), and lots of social stuff planned by us residents. Overall, we're really happy here. If you can pay for it, we'd tell our friends and family to come here too.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The Atrium at Overland Park gave us a really good tour. We didn't pick it because it has multiple floors, and my loved one is afraid of elevators, which would be a problem. Also, it didn't feel as cozy as another place we were thinking about.

"Clean, Friendly Assisted Living with Pool, Limited Outdoor Space"
Our family visited in person, and it was super clean, nicely arranged, and the staff were friendly. They even have a pool, which we loved. However, the outdoor space for residents is limited.

"Assisted Living Review Summary"
The food could be improved, but overall it's a good value. This place used to be a hotel, so the hallways are open and bright. There are plenty of activities to participate in. The staff is friendly and capable.

"Needs TLC: Aging Assisted Living Community"
I visited this community, and was friendly and knew a lot. However, I didn't like it because it seemed old and dirty. It needs some updates and care. The apartments were small and lacked a stove. It reminded me of an old folks' home.

"Could Use Some Work"
I visited here. [Removed] was nice. But it's old, dirty. Needs updating, care. Apartments small, no stove. Feels like old folks home.

"Very Welcoming Community"
I had a great tour of this community. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place looks really nice, and they keep it very clean. They answered all my questions, and it’s one of my top choices. The location is a bit far for my family, but overall, it’s a lovely place.

"Electric Wheelchair Limitation Disappoints But Facility Impresses"
We thought The Atrium at Overland Park was great. Almost picked it for my parents, but they don't allow electric wheelchairs. That was a letdown. Still, the place is nice, and the folks there are friendly and active. Four stars from us.

"Great Care and Friendly Staff!"
Our time at The Atrium at Overland Park has been really positive! It’s our first time placing a loved one in a community like this, so we don’t have much to compare it to. However, we’ve been impressed so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and takes great care of the residents!

"Everything's going well with food and activities so far"
Everything's going well with food and activities at this facility. The meals have been decent, and there's a lot to do for fun. They offer a bus to get to grocery stores, though I'm not sure if they provide rides to appointments, which would be helpful. Overall, I don't have any complaints.

"Atriums Spark Joy: A Heartwarming Oasis for Aging Loved Ones"
I really like the Atriums. When my Dad passed away, my Mom couldn't drive anymore. She felt lonely and sad. Even though she still wanted to have her own place, she was losing weight. But after staying there for 2.5 months, she's doing so much better. She's made friends and gained 5 pounds. Her memory has improved, and she doesn't need her anti-depressant anymore. They deliver her medications, and they provide activities and meals. I admire the owner; she's 84 years old herself. I highly recommend it. It has given me peace of mind.

"Very Pleasant for Independent Living"
We really enjoyed the Atriums, but they only offer independent living. The assisted living on the second floor wasn't suitable for my mom's needs. Still, we had a positive experience.
