"Illegal Actions and Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
I did my school training here and I strongly suggest that you think twice before considering this place for your family member, even for a short term stay. I've witnessed unlawful actions like giving out medicine by staffers who weren't even licensed to do so. The level of care and respect they show their patients is really poor, one of the worst I've seen. If you want your family member to be treated well, cared for properly, monitored regularly, and to be healthy, DO NOT choose this facility."

"Wonderful Assisted Living Experience!"
My mom moved to the Forum last November. She’s almost 95. I’m really happy she’s here because it’s a great place. She has a lovely apartment, gets cleaning help, and enjoys three meals a day and lots of group activities. Everyone, from the maintenance crew to the restaurant staff, is fantastic. It’s a huge relief for me to know she’s in good hands in case she gets sick. Many thanks!

"Assistance Lacking in Assisted Living"
Our Mom enjoyed the independent area, but assisted living was a letdown. The staff failed to address her bowel incontinence, pushing her to costly skilled nursing or hiring additional help. Fortunately, we found a better solution elsewhere.

"Impressive Care and Rehab Services at The Forum Assisted Living"
We really like being at The Forum. They are doing a great job. We looked at several places and liked how they served and presented meals. Here, we are very pleased with the rehab. Our loved one is walking farther than we thought she would. They encourage her, and she might even be able to come home soon.

"A Cozy Fit with Concerts!"
She's pretty happy with the housekeeping, although the laundry room dryers aren't very fast. The best part? No more food worries! She enjoys the concerts too. The building needs some upkeep, but her apartment is nice and well-kept with fresh paint. It's just the right fit for her, with the perfect decor and an open layout where she can bring her furniture.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Environment"
They’re doing pretty well. The transition was a bit rough, but it’s super clean, and the staff is super friendly. They’re attentive and responsive, and if they don’t know something, they follow up later. Activities mostly cater to women, but there are some men to socialize with. Food variety is better in the assisted living area. Overall, we liked the location and their good reputation.

"Lacking Outdoor Spaces, but Pretty Grounds"
This place seems pretty from the outside, with nice gardens and shady spots to hang out. But, if you’re hoping for a patio or a deck attached to your apartment, you might be disappointed.

"Review: Facility Looks Tired, Inconvenient Location for Parents"
It looks really worn out and needs a fresh coat of paint. It's not in a prime spot for my Mom and Dad.
