"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Stay"
We were grateful to find a spot for my dad quickly, even if it was just for a short time. The people working there were kind, but I’m not sure if they all spoke English as their first language. We were told about some cool features before dad arrived, like a whirlpool tub, but they weren’t there when we got there. The workers didn’t even know if they had one or where to find it. Just so you know, it’s supposed to be in the memory care area on the second floor, and you can’t just use it whenever; you have to set up a time first. Sadly, dad passed away on his third day there, so we didn’t get to see much. After he passed, the manager was kind enough to return dad’s original payment for two weeks, and we only paid for the days he was there. I appreciated that they did this instead of making us go through a complicated refund process.

"Hotel-Like Care Facility with Friendly Staff"
This place is really nice, more like a hotel than a care facility. We recommend it. We chose it because of the cost, friendly staff, and proximity to my Dad.

"Mixed Feelings About Anthology Assisted Living"
The people we met during our tour of Anthology were really nice. But I didn't like that their memory care unit was on the rooftop. You had to take the elevator up and didn't come back down, which worried me. The memory care area didn't have enough green space for walking I don't count astroturf as real green space. They did have a rooftop patio, but I wished there was more outdoor space for my loved one to move around. Also, the activities were a concern.

"Assisted Living Review: Pleasant Community Despite Management Change"
This community is nice, but they recently changed management. Staffing seems challenging in this industry. Sometimes schedules seem off, but it feels normal.

"Assisted Living Falls Short on Care and Communication"
We feel like the care here hasn't been consistent. Our family member has physical disabilities and dementia, but it seems like there haven't been any adjustments made for her needs. Also, the communication between the staff and families, as well as the health director and families, could be better.

"Helpful and Comforting Memory Care at The Sheridan"
The Sheridan is a really nice place with beautiful surroundings. The rooms for memory care are good, each having its own bathroom. We had a few challenges getting used to everything at first, but the staff were patient with us and helped us figure things out. Dealing with memory loss is really tough and confusing, but they have been a big help with that. The medical team has also been quick to respond and has helped us make plans for care.

"Hotel-Like Feel, Great Staff, Limited Green Space, In-Unit Laundry"
I really liked this place because it felt like staying in a hotel. The person named [name removed] was super nice and did an awesome job. The only thing I didn't really like was where it's located. It's a newer building, but there's not much green space around it. They do have a washer and dryer in each apartment, though.

"Happy Mom, New Place: A Few Hiccups But Overall Good"
My mom is happy here, she likes it. It's new, so they're still fixing some things. But she's getting good care. The meals are good too. They really try hard to make sure she's okay. I'm pretty happy with it, and I'd suggest it.
