"Community Tour: Nice Staff, Needs Updates, Mixed Feelings"
We visited this place and the staff was friendly. We believe they should update the place. The food choices seemed like they could be better. They do have activities. However, we weren't sure if this place could meet our needs. We suggest other families check it out for their loved ones' care.

"Nice and Clean, Friendly Staff, But Not Our Style"
The Vintage Park at Lenexa is a nice and clean place. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. We were looking for a place with more smaller rooms on one level.

"Not the Right Place for Mom"
I didn’t take a tour of the place. As soon as I stepped in, I saw it wasn’t clean enough. I only stayed for a little while, but it was clear to me that my mom wouldn’t be happy here.

This assisted living facility accommodates 34 residents with all-inclusive pricing covering meals (three main meals plus snacks or dining on a limited menu, medication management, personal assistance like showering, and visits from a doctor twice a month. There's a 24-hour nurse on-site and a beauty shop that's open once a week. The facility offers a good variety of activities and provides transportation for shopping, events, and dining out once a month. It's clean, and the staff is friendly, but private rooms are on the smaller side. Dinner consists of a single entrée without options, though alternatives are available. Located at 87th and Pflumm, it's a 25-minute drive away.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Tour"
This tour was great for my loved one and me. The staff was nice to my mom and answered her questions patiently. They showed us around the community and sent us lots of emails for more information. I didn't think it was as nice or luxurious as some other places we saw.

""Neglectful Care Facility Confuses Payments, Ignores and Intimidates Residents""
If you want to be confused about payments, insurance, and care services, then this is the facility for you. They have no issue with intimidating those who speak up for the residents and neglecting the people they're supposed to look after. They are on the brink of facing a lawsuit due to their negligence.
