"Comfortable, Safe, and Like Family: Assisted Living Review"
Living here feels safe, like family. I enjoy crafts with them. My apartment is cleaned weekly, laundry done, and they ensures everything meets my standards. I'm independent but have access to help if needed. Apartment includes kitchen, living room, bedroom, handicapped bathroom, and a patio where I grow tomatoes, green peppers, and flowers. Grandkids visit overnight occasionally; I'm very comfortable.

"Decent Value for the Area"
The staff is super friendly, and even though the place is a bit old and worn down, it’s still clean and well-maintained. Considering the cost, it’s a decent value. I don’t know of any other place with lower rates that’s better. So overall, it’s a good deal for the area.

"Not Enough Staff, Dirty Building, and Poor Crisis Management"
The Memory Care area isn't always manned with employees. They don't really come off as friendly, and the building is old and kinda dirty. There was this bad flood in December, and my family member was stuck on her bed while water was creeping up. The staff didn't even check on her. She had to call me all panicky and I had to move her myself to a different room. All they did was suck up the water and left the carpet as is - I bet there's mold now. They could do better if they communicated more and charged less. There's other places around town that are way better and don't cost as much.

"Nice facility, privacy issues noted by parents."
Facility was nice, but parents disliked lack of privacy.

"Understaffed and Overwhelmed: Willow Creek Assisted Living Review"
We picked Willow Creek thinking it'd be good for my folks. But it's not. They don't have enough staff. One person manages two floors with 100 residents. Not a good choice.

"Feels Like Home: A Welcoming Assisted Living Facility Experience"
I visited this place recently and had a good experience. Before my brother came here, he wasn't happy where he was. But when we brought him here, we hoped he'd feel better, and he really does. The people here are friendly, both the residents and the staff. It feels cozy and nice here. The staff knows what they're doing, and they're kind and helpful. We thought my brother would need less help, but it turns out he needs a bit more, and they've been great about that. The food is tasty, and there are lots of choices. They have a menu you can pick from. They also take everyone out for lunch once a week, and there are always activities and sometimes parties. They try to get everyone involved. We're paying a bit more here, and there are extra costs for things like phone and cable, but my brother is happier, so I'm happy too. Overall, I think this place is a good choice.
