"Assisted Living Facility Offers Fun Social Events and Community Outings"

They host themed Friday nights with drinks and social gatherings. They also organize outings to restaurants and places of interest twice a week. I would recommend it.

"Great staff, affordable, but a bit older"

The staff is really nice, and it's one of the cheapest places around, even though it's a bit older.

"Good Care, But Theft Issues at Dad’s Assisted Living"

My dad’s been living at this place for two months now. We’re happy with the place itself—no issues there. The meals are tasty and they take good care of him. But we’ve had a big problem. Someone’s taken money from his room three times. The folks running the place, Atria, aren’t taking it seriously enough. They don’t have cameras to watch the place, and they told us we should just put a camera in dad’s room. If it wasn’t for the stealing, I’d have nothing bad to say. Everything else is top-notch.

"Unreliable and Disorganized Assisted Living Facility. Beware."

I'd strongly advise against this place. We were dealing with them for quite a bit, and just when it got to the point we had to move our family member, they bailed. We couldn't believe it. Everything was a jumbled mess and it was honestly a really bad experience.

"Friendly Staff and Great Activities for Everyone"

The staff are super friendly, and our loved one really enjoys their company. The lady at the front desk is very nice and always greets us when we visit. The meals and dining service are great, and there are lots of activities throughout the day. We were worried at first because our loved one is shy and reserved, but they have a team of residents who are ambassadors. They helped our loved one meet new people and join in the activities.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises"

This place promised a lot to get my loved one in, but they haven't delivered. They said they'd clean weekly, change bedding weekly, and serve good food. None of that's happening. The food is awful, forcing my loved one to cook or eat out. Make sure you ask all the right questions upfront. Overall, I'm really let down by this place.

"Affordable and Satisfying Assisted Living"

It costs less than the previous place my loved one stayed. Although personal service is limited, it meets his current needs. The food is pretty good, thanks to the in-house chef. Staff interactions vary, but overall, we’re quite satisfied.

"Decent Community with Some Room for Improvement"

My parents are doing okay at this place. I feel they're safe and it's a nice place. But when they couldn't leave for ten days, the food they got was really bad. Apart from that, it's pretty good. The nurses are awesome and take care of my parents well. There are activities for residents when they feel like joining in. It's a nice place for my parents, and I'd say it's worth checking out.

"Food Program Needs Improvements"

So far, my experience at this community has been pretty good. The main issue I have is with the meals. They really need a new cook and better quality food. The menus could also use some improvement. Other than that, it’s a nice community. They do a great job keeping everything clean, and the staff here is good. I hope they work on improving the meals.

"A really nice place with great care and good food"

It's a really nice place and they take good care of her. The staff goes out of their way for her, making sure she feels at home. The food is pretty good too; I've eaten there a couple of times.

"Comfortable and Reasonably Priced Assisted Living for Elderly"

My mom's doing okay at Atria Highland Crossings. It's not fancy, but it's affordable. The place is old but cozy.

"Doing Well: Friendly Staff and Spacious Rooms"

They’re doing a great job—the staff is super friendly. This Atria has spacious rooms and larger common areas compared to others. Plus, the wooded setting is a nice touch. Overall, no major improvements needed.

"Really Happy with Atria"

I've been really happy with Atria since my mom moved in. The staff is super easy to work with, helpful, and very flexible. They always check the level of care to help you save money. There are tons of activities. They had a Mother's Day Tea with awesome food and entertainment, and they always have card games, crafts, and other fun stuff going on. Residents are always encouraged to hang out and socialize, which makes the community feel great.

"Convenient Assisted Living with Amenities, but High Additional Costs"

This place has rocking chairs out front and a beautiful campus. They offer transportation to anywhere like the store, groceries, doctor's office, or church. During the first 2 weeks, a resident ambassador will escort her to meals and other activities. They have anytime dining from 7 am to 6 pm and will call her if she doesn't show up for meals. The cost ranges from $2,495 for a 480 sq ft room to $2,795 for a 525 sq ft room. Level 2 medications, taken 4 times a day, cost $325. They clean the apartment once a week and wash sheets and towels. Other laundry services, not done by herself, cost $50. Cable is $32, and telephone service is $30. They were totaling $3,232.

I liked this place a lot. The apartments were big, not too expensive, and the area looked nice. The people were friendly too.
