"High Staff Turnover and Fees Disappoint Assisted Living Residents"
The turnover among staff is very high. Some activities cost extra, despite being promised as inclusive. Also, the management company is about to change, leaving residents uncertain about future impacts.

Our family dealt with Atria, but we were really let down. Everything seemed gloomy and dirty.

"Initially great but felt held back; nice staff, clean small apartment."
In the beginning, it was a great choice for my loved one. When she moved in, she needed their help a lot. But later on, it seemed like they were keeping her there longer than necessary. The staff were all very friendly though. The apartment was small, but it was clean and pleasant.

"Not as Airy, but Welcoming During Tour"
I visited this community, and everything seemed okay. There were areas for people who enjoy community involvement. The salesperson listened to my mom's needs and was prepared for my visit. However, compared to another community I liked, it didn't feel as open.

"Failed Refund After Unforeseen Accident"
My encounter with this place wasn't pleasant at all. My mom was ready to start her new life there, but she suffered a fall that resulted in a broken hip. She had to go for rehabilitation and then was transferred to a nursing home. She wasn't even able to move into Atria. When I asked for my money back, they declined. It didn't seem fair to me that they held onto our funds even though my mom never made it there.

"Assisted Living: Sweet Treats and a Warm Welcome!"
It's really nice here, but I feel like I'm too young. They gave me four cheesecake tarts to take home... and they were delicious!
