"Top-Notch Assisted Living Community"
I visited several places, and this one stood out. It’s clean, has great activities, and feels like a real community. The food is good, but my loved one thinks they eat all the time. The staff is responsive when I mention my loved one’s needs.

"Great Assisted Living with Some Communication Issues"
My mom lived at Belmont for 1.5 years. The place was beautiful, well-maintained, and had lots of events for residents. I always felt safe there. The staff in 'The Neighborhood' were exceptional—caring and going above and beyond. But the Administration disappointed me by not communicating timely changes in care charges. Overall, it was a great place.

This place looks nice, big, and friendly. The folks we talked to were kind and ready to assist. They provide rides, and there's a bunch of stuff to do.

"Mom Is Thriving"
My mom is doing quite well here. She’s still getting used to it, but I’m confident she’s in good hands. The staff is lovely and takes excellent care of her.

"Pleasant living space for seniors, staff are friendly and caring!"
I really like Belmont Village, it's a cool place! The building is super clean and tidy, and the places where everyone hangs out and eats look really nice and friendly. I also like the rooms a lot, they're big and cozy. The people who work here are really nice and they take good care of everyone.

"Belmont Village: Exceptional Care with Warm, Family-Like Atmosphere"
After checking out 5 places in East Louisville, I chose Belmont Village. From day one, my mother has received excellent care. She loved her independent apartment at first. Now, with Dementia, she’s happy and healthy in The Neighborhood. The staff, from nurses to the executive director, treats her like family. They plan creative daily activities like painting and live music. The meals are fantastic, thanks to the chef and team. Holidays are extra special, thanks to the Activities Director. The cheerful atmosphere and holiday decorations always make my mother smile. Family members are often included in the celebrations, which is wonderful. I couldn’t find a better place for my mother. Belmont Village is perfect for her.

"Nice facility, but care didn't meet our needs."
The place looked really nice, but the care they provided didn't match our needs, and the rooms were a bit small.

"Assisted Living: Nice People, But Too Institutional"
The folks were friendly, but it felt too much like a nursing home. Mom wasn't keen on the strong smell of cooked veggies when we walked in.

"Meeting with the Director: Helpful and Informative Experience"
Meeting with the director was super helpful, and the food was really good. The director was informative and kind. The cost for personal care was added to the $3400 apartment, making it $6000 altogether. There are four levels of personal care at $525 each, plus a $500 deposit for a mobile chair and a one-time community fee of $2500.

"Belmont Assisted Living: A Cozy Home for Seniors"
I visited Belmont and felt at home. There was a fun show in the Great Room. Everyone seemed happy, especially the residents. They have a memory care program, but it's pricey. Still, it seems perfect for Mom.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is nice with good stuff but no Wi-Fi. No pool or many places to exercise. Food in the dining room is great. Some food delivery is an option. The outdoor area is small but looks good. It’s near a big park. It’s expensive, can't afford more than a studio.
