"Dishonest Manager Spoils Experience at Intimate Assisted Living Facility"
The head manager can't be trusted at all. He's a dishonest person hiding behind fake niceness. If you have to talk to him, be careful, he's probably lying to you while acting all nice. I wouldn't send my mom or dad there again just because of how he acts. We chose this place because it was small, felt personal, and had a nice workout area for my dad.

"Rooms Too Small and Outdated"
We visited Village Manor, but we decided not to pick this place because the rooms seemed too small and old-fashioned.

Disappointed and sad!!
"Impersonal care and unresponsive management at memory facility"
So dissatisfied, to a huge degree!! Do not place your parents in their memory care facility! Their attention to the needs and medications of the residents is so lacking. Tried my best to get something done with management, but no results came about!! It's a pretty rotten idea to have the term 'Christian Care' in their name. It was a pretty awful experience having my parent there. There's a large number of employees coming and going, the good ones don't stick around much at all!

"Poor Staffing and Service at Bridgepoint: A Great Idea Ruined"
My family recently tried out Bridgepoint for my dad, and our experience left us gravely disappointed. They simply don't have enough staff and the quality of the food is borderline scary. No matter how many times we've called Bridgepoint with our issues, we either get empty promises or no response at all. My dad's sleep is regularly interrupted for no good reason, and seeing him go through all this breaks my heart. Bridgepoint may be attractive on the outside, but that's the only positive thing I can put in this review. Oh, and there's a flea problem as well. They told me no pets were allowed, yet a resident's pet has brought fleas into the building. Please avoid making your family go through what we did. Just ask any resident - they're not satisfied either. It's a real shame since Bowling Green really needs a good facility. The idea behind Bridgepoint was great, but the execution is a disaster. Also, getting hold of the administrators is a feat in itself, and when you do, they just won't address your concerns.

"Bridgepoint: Promises Broken and Loved Ones Let Down"
We recently moved my dad into Bridgepoint on a trial and it's been a major letdown. The lack of staff, terrible food, and ignored concerns have been truly scary. We've reached out to Bridgepoint several times but nothing changes or we get no response. They even wake my dad up in the middle of the night for no reason. It hurts to see this is how my dad is living. If I were to find one good thing to say, the facility looks nice but that's pretty much it. And let's not forget, they're dealing with a flea problem now since despite saying no pets allowed, a resident brought one in and now the fleas are everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just talk to any resident there, they're all unhappy. It's such a waste because Bowling Green could really benefit from a good assisted living facility. They had a good idea, but they're not putting it into action. Don't even try reaching out to the administrators, they won't do anything about your concerns.

"A balanced community with friendly staff and good food options."
This place has two parts, and one is busier than the other. The people who work here were kind, and the place looked tidy. We didn't taste the food, but the choices on the menu sounded yummy. They serve meals family-style.
