"Inconsistent Service and Unappetizing Meals"
Most folks were nice, but some weren’t. Laundry and trash pickup were inconsistent, and cleaning was minimal. The meals were too salty and lacked enough salads, fruit, and veggies.

"Beautiful Facility with Friendly Staff and Great Food"
This assisted living facility is beautiful, like a 5-star hotel. The staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile. We’ve visited many places, and the food here is the best. Overall, it's a warm and welcoming place. Shelbyville is lucky to have such a great facility.

"Lacking Support and Activities in Assisted Living"
They weren’t ready for her needs, especially with her diabetes and dementia. The place wasn’t nearly as nice as where she is now, and the staff didn’t offer the same level of support. The activities were limited, and there was nothing specifically for memory care.
