I’m not happy with this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They were supposed to start Physical Therapy with my loved one, but they never did. We had to pay for a pendant so our loved one could call for help, but sometimes the staff told them to stop pressing it. Even when they did press it, the staff took forever to show up. During meal times, there’s only one staff member for 17 residents, and they don’t seem well-trained. My loved one ended up in the hospital from dehydration, malnourishment, and pneumonia. The staff even walked away when we asked for help with showering.

Our family likes Dominion of Frankfort. It's nice inside and out. The nurses are good. The staff are friendly and take good care of the patients. Plus, the place is clean and smells nice.

"Lack of Communication and COVID Cases in Assisted Living"
You should talk to the staff for updates because they don't share how your loved one is doing. It's important to stay active and speak up for them. Also, there are 19 COVID cases, but they're still letting family visit.

It's pricey, especially meals. $5 fee for delivering food upstairs. Friendly staff.

"Top-Notch Care for Mom"
I’m really happy with how they take care of my mom. The place is new and super clean. They’re still hiring staff as more residents move in. They’re super careful about her health, which is a big relief. It’s her third facility, and this one is the best at meeting her needs.
