"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our time there was okay, but staffing can be a problem. It’s not as bad as some places, but occasionally it’s an issue. Research indicated it’s a nice community, and the best part is they have an opening.

"A Great Choice for Seniors"
My family member lives at Highlands Place, and everything there has been really good. The place is clean, and the staff are nice and know what they're doing. The food is good, and there are activities for residents. They keep in touch with our family, which is great. I would tell my family and friends to consider Highlands Place.

"Unsatisfactory Food and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
Consider another community for your loved one. The meals are minimal. Sometimes it's just hot dogs or sandwiches for dinner. The price doesn't match the small portions. Staffing in the dining room is low, limiting meal choices.

"I love Highlands Place!"
The staff cares for us and they are good to us. I can't find anything bad here, one of the best places I could find myself in. I am extremely happy here, the next best things to being at home; but better. The activities here are great and I love all of them.

The manager here is great and takes care of everything. The staff are friendly, and the residents seem happy with them. The residents are happy about the care that they get.

"The employees are great here!"
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is great. She works well with all of the residents, and she does her best to get them all involved in as many activities as possible. She goes above and beyond to take care of everyone, putting a smile on everyone’s faces, including the staff. There is a Business Office Manager here that is incredibly professional, and she is very friendly to everyone in the building. She cares for all of the resident's needs and questions. The two ladies here are what make this place so great. The staff is wonderful, they take good care of everybody, residents and families alike.

"Great place with helpful staff and lots of activities"
The staff here are doing a great job. They’re very helpful and pay close attention to everyone’s needs. The food is really good with lots of choices, and there’s always fresh fruit available. There are many activities to enjoy, like daily exercise classes, singalongs, bingo, and ring toss. The place is always clean, and I would definitely recommend it.

"Has Won My Heart"
I used to live in another place, but this one has captured my heart. We have so much fun with activities, and my apartment is well-maintained. The food is excellent, and I can even keep my dog here! The staff and everyone in charge are fantastic, and the people who live here are very friendly.
