"Unfair Treatment And Terrible Experience At Assisted Living Facility"
I'm giving this place a solid 1 ~ I was only there for a single night, had 3 meals, and then took off. I never officially moved in ~ yet they still held onto my initial month's rent. They treated me with such disrespect and I feel hurt and extremely irritated. I vow never to enter a facility like that again!

"Friendly Atmosphere with Concerns About Owner's Finances"
Sometimes the workers are a little mixed up, but they're all really nice. The people living here are super friendly, and that's the best part about Ivy. One thing I'd be careful about is the owner's money problems. His name's been in the news lately because he filed for bankruptcy and owes a lot of money, around $[removed] million. The banks say he did something wrong, but he says he didn't. I'm keeping an eye on this because it might affect how well the place is run and if the staff stays good.

We love everything Ivy Knoll has to offer for our loved ones. The staff is patient, kind, caring and willing to spend time answering questions. The facility is clean and the food is great. There is no shortage of activities.

"Few Staff, Residents Waiting, Clean Facility, Welcoming Staff"
I visited this place and only saw five staff members. There were residents waiting outside the dining hall to get in. It was clean, and was really nice and helpful. Even though our visit wasn't scheduled, she accommodated us right away.

"Efficient, Caring Assisted Living at Ivy Knoll"
I think Ivy Knoll puts a lot of effort into making the lives of elderly residents better. The staff works hard, is polite, and goes out of their way to assist residents. The facility is consistently clean, and the food is good. Plus, you can choose a second menu option if you’d like. The Activity Director is always striving to keep residents active.
