"Unusual Illness Policy at Nice Facility Raises Concerns"
The people working here are super friendly, and the meals are awesome. The place itself is pretty good too. But they’ve got this weird rule. If someone living here gets sick with something catchy, like even just the flu, they’re not allowed to stay. In a spot where everyone’s living close together, germs are gonna get around. You’d think they’d let someone with a small sickness stay in their room alone for a bit and keep an eye on them. But nope, they have to leave. And if they don’t have another place to go, what happens then? Just a heads up, make sure to read section 7.1.6 in the contract.

"Caring Staff Makes a Big Difference"
I really appreciate the female staff in Memory. She always keeps me updated about my mom. She's really nice to both my mom and me. Before she came, I couldn’t say that. My mom has been at Magnolia for almost 3 years now. Thank you, Christine!

"Gorgeous Place, Lousy Care and Expensive Food"
This place sure looks nice, but its service was lousy. They messed up taking care of my mom. She hurt herself because they didn't put on her special socks I paid for them to put on each morning. They said my mom was already dressed when she came to breakfast. They goofed up on my mom's meds too. She got a really bad UTI. She should've had a whole month's supply of pills, but three weeks in, they'd only given her one. On top of that, the first time my mom showered, water went all over the bathroom and they never fixed it. She had to shower in an empty room way down the hall. They wouldn't let me eat with my mom in the dining hall. I had to book a separate room to eat with her and the food wasn't tasty to boot. It even cost 18 bucks for me to dine with her. We spent tons on take-out cause she couldn't stand the food there. Even though I coughed up for just 39 days there, they still charged my mom for stuff after she left for rehab. Oh, and I do need to say - she's never going back. Unless you're okay with just getting your laundry done, meals cooked, and your room cleaned every so often, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I really like living here. The rooms are nice and the food is tasty. There's a good selection, and it's served hot when it's supposed to be. I don't have any complaints.

"Great Place for My Aunt!!"
I have no complaints about my aunt moving into this community. I was happy with how clean and well taken care of the property was, especially my aunt's room. It was nicely kept, and you could tell the housekeepers do a good job cleaning. They also have a friendly and welcoming staff and residents. We look forward to our future here.

"Very Impressive Community"
My mom will move into this place once she gets better. It's a new community that hasn't opened yet. So far, setting everything up for her has been lovely. The administration is knowledgeable and helpful. I feel comfortable with the care they'll provide. I'm really impressed with this community—I highly recommend it.
