We really like The Neighborhood Assisted Living. The staff is super nice and takes care of everything my dad needs. He and his cat are happy there. It's a friendly place, and I would recommend it. I visited many places before choosing, and I'm glad we picked this one.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement"
The main issue was short staffing, but the staff were okay. They offered activities, though my older mom wasn't interested. During ownership change and new management, things were fine. The facility was generally clean, but we had to complain about Mom's room due to staffing shortages. They face stiff competition and are making efforts to improve. After Mom passed, her refund took too long. Overall, I'd recommend them to family and friends.
