"Great Place for Loved Ones!"
This home was awesome for my relative! The people working there were nice and showed us everything they had. I liked the happy atmosphere and fun things they did with the residents all day.

"A Caring Home for Our Treasured Citizens"
The assisted living facility is very clean, and the staff is warm, compassionate, and welcoming to both residents and families. Overall, it's a great place for our most treasured citizens. The only downside we noticed is the occasional breakdown in communication among staff and with families, which affects continuity of care.

"Unwelcoming and Dirty Facility; Requires Major Cleaning and Updates"
Place really isn't welcoming at all. It's pretty dirty. It's like they were trying to convince us about a nice dining room, but the chairs were super dusty, like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Even their floors clearly haven't seen a vacuum in a long time. One room looked like they'd just cleaned the carpets, but despite appearing still wet, they were actually dry. The entire place definitely needs a serious clean-up and maybe even a remodel.

"Unwelcoming and Dirty Facility; In Desperate Need of Upgrades"
The place wasn't welcoming, and it was dirty. They tried to impress us with a beautiful dining room, but the chairs were covered in loads of dust and the floors looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in quite some time. The carpet in the room was recently cleaned, appearing wet but it was actually dry. The entire place needs some serious cleaning and modernizing.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback"
I visited this community for my mom’s needs. It looked great and was very clean. The staff was friendly and kind. However, it wasn't the right fit for my mom. Overall, it’s a good place with nice people.

"A Pleasant Community, Successful Tour"
My visit to this community went well. I checked it out for my mom and her needs. The place looked nice, and they keep it clean. The staff was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit for my mother, but overall, it's a good community with nice people.
