"Mixed Experience at The Enclave"
My family member lived at The Enclave of East Louisville. Overall, it was a nice place with great activities, friendly staff, and good value. The cleanliness was okay, and some staff were very caring while others were average.

"Inconsistent Staffing; Visit Loved Ones Regularly"
Make sure to visit your loved one as much as you can, at various times and days. The caregivers, housekeepers, and dining room servers don’t have enough staff. The management team changes often, and the nurse's aides often complain, but they do work hard.

"Friendly Place, But Medical Care Needs Improvement"
At first, everything seemed great, but now things aren’t going so well. It’s been tough to get her medicine when she needs it. She’s supposed to get her meds at 8:30 in the morning, but she’s been getting them closer to lunchtime, between 11:30 and noon. Plus, there’s this issue with her long-term insurance paperwork not being done right. They did it okay the first month, and we got some money back, but that stopped happening after. The people who work in the food area are super nice, and so are the other people living there, but the rest of the staff? Not really. So, if you’re looking for a place because you or someone you care about needs medical help, you might want to look at other places.

"Nice Staff, Fun Activities!"
The Elmcroft was a nice community. The staff was very friendly and treated me well during my tour. They didn't offer me any meals while I was there. The memory care unit was good. While we were walking around, there was a birthday party happening in one of the rooms, and the residents were doing different activities.

"Mixed feelings about pricey care for memory-challenged residents"
The place is nice and set up well for people with memory problems. I wanted my dad to stay here, but it's too pricey at $209 a day, and they won't lower the cost. The people taking care of them seem pretty young, and they don't talk much to the residents during lunch. One of them was friendly to us.

"Wonderful Assisted Living Facility with Excellent Staff and Care"
The whole experience was fantastic, starting with the marketing person who gave us a great tour of the place. They explained everything we needed to know about the staff, meals, activities, and daily life. My parents thank me every time we visit for finding such a great place for them. They absolutely love the staff management who checks in on them daily, the wait staff who are friendly and engaging, the medical team who takes good care of their needs, and the cleaning crew that keeps everything spotless! We couldn’t have found a better place for my parents. Schedule your own tour and see for yourself!
