"Untrustworthy and Rude Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is just terrible. The nurses seem friendly, but a lot of them don't really assist you and they not honest about their promises. The people in the office are even more disrespectful. They're caught up on their cell phones, laughing, when they should be assisting me. I'd seriously recommend keeping your distance from this place.

"Absolutely Disastrous Care, Avoid this Terrible Facility!"
I wish I could rate this place even lower. The assistance they provide is totally terrible. It was past 5 in the afternoon and they hadn't even given the morning meds to the patients. I beg you, don't send your family member here! The nurse is so mean and no good. I strongly urge you to not put your family here!

"A Welcoming Place for Mom"
This place is really nice. It doesn't feel like a hospital or nursing home, which is great. The rooms where they take care of people could be a bit bigger compared to other places we've seen. The people who help with getting you in here seemed a little busy when we visited. I think they have a lot of families interested in coming here, so be ready to wait a bit for your tour. Everyone was friendly, though. I'm not worried about how well they'd treat my mom here.
