This facility was nice and clean with good food. The director, [Removed], was wonderful. However, they couldn't handle him anymore due to his violent behavior.

"Nice new facility, some communication and size concerns"
This new facility is very nice with friendly staff. They had a musical event during my tour. The call system is limited to wall units, which is a downside for falls. They use a TV-based email-like communication, unsure if it's easy for residents. Misled about one-bedroom availability, unit smaller than expected.

"Senior Facility Neglects Patients' Needs, Poses Unhygienic Conditions"
Guys, make sure to really investigate this place. DON'T get dazzled by its outward looks. I sure wish they stepped up their game in taking care of their patients, cross-checking with families, maintaining patient and room hygiene, food quality, and having an adequate number of nurses for patients - and that's just for starters. My family member has undergone lots of pain and struggles and has requested multiple times to move out. We were about to relocate when another illness struck, making it impossible to move. They've ended up in the hospital at least three times since living here after falling out of their bed and pleading for help from the floor. The place doesn't provide bed alarms, the hygiene is awful - feces are found under their nails and there are rashes in private areas. Patient care is barely enough during weekends. Good luck finding any help! You might want to know, there's a lot more. It's no wonder they cannot hold onto any good directors. We've had to deal with three different ones in three years. Living here is like a living nightmare.
