"Assisted Living Facility Review"

This facility is quite nice despite its age. It's well-maintained and tidy. The residents move around easily and seem happy. The staff we met were friendly and knew their stuff. They have a rehab center, which is essential for us.

I really like this place. The monthly fee covers repairs and lawn care.

"Incompetence at Assisted Living Facility Negatively Impacts Patient Care"

This has been a total mess. My mom and I have been trying for a whole week to get my dad discharged from the hospital. After not receiving single call back from them yesterday or today, I decided that enough was enough so I went to the facility to talk to someone face-to-face to figure out what was going on. After waiting for almost half an hour, the Director of Nursing, whose name I won't mention here, finally decided to show up. She told me she hadn't received any paperwork and didn't have time to return my calls. That's when I had had enough and let her know that the hospital had forced my dad to relocate because of her poor communication on all fronts. I even told her I was planning to share my experience through reviews, and she just said "Go ahead then" and walked me out the door, making me leave their place without resolving anything. Now, my dad has to go stay somewhere far away from home for his rehab, instead of just around the corner as was initially arranged. This place needs to get their act together. If I could, I'd give them a negative rating.

"A happy, active community"

It was far from where we live. We liked the community and found it clean and well-kept. The other residents seemed happy, which we appreciated. We also liked the activities they offered to keep her active. We recommend that families tour the community to see if it meets their needs.

"Satisfying Tour: Assisted Living Review"

I visited this place for my dad. The tour was good. Everyone was nice and the place was clean. Staff was friendly. I liked it.

"Wesley Manor: Clean, friendly, and gorgeous, but a bit pricey."

Wesley Manor is a really nice place. The living area is clean, the dining area is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are lots of seats placed throughout for anyone needing them, and plenty of activities to keep you busy. The yard is gorgeous, with even a picnic area. The only downside is that the price is a little on the high side, but it’s much nicer than most of the other places we looked at.

"Warm and welcoming place with helpful staff and occasional paperwork issues"

Wesley Manor has been a great experience! It's a nice-looking place with really friendly people. I like how often the aides check on everyone, and the head of the nursing and aide staff is really awesome! The only hiccup I've had is sometimes the administrative staff can be a bit confusing when it comes to paperwork.

"“Friendly Staff and Excellent Care at Wesley Manor”"

Wesley Manor allowed my mom to stay for 30 days on a trial basis to see how she’d get along in the new setting. She likes it (and the people/staff) and plans to stay. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. They check on residents several times during the day and night. Doctors and nurses come to the facility to check on patients, so they don’t have to leave during bad weather.
